Contrary to my regular projects where I create the art myself, with this film I had the chance to creative direct this animated short and accompanying infographic about Behavioural Activation with the lovely Quicksand Design Studio and Sangath, an NGO researching mental health among adolescents in India.

BA or Behavioural Activation is a technique that focuses on realizing the relationship between thoughts, behaviors and feelings and has seen promising results in preventing and/or treating youth anxiety or depression.
