Citizen Engagement Comic

This was part of a citizen engagement project looking to incentivise public participation for the Smart City initiative. 

The comic illustrates the subject of ‘Governance’ and was created based on research by Quicksand on the everyday lives of the people of Vizag voicing their concerns and aspirations.
